Except in the cases where we do not have an arrival on the same day as your departure, you are welcome to occupy the property until your departure and enjoy the last few moments in paradise!

Banyan Court Apartment empolys Rex Realty Limited to manage the property.  Below is our Booking Procedures & Cancellation Policy

 

BOOKING PROCEDURES:

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  We ask that you note that the full invoice should be settled 60 days prior to arrival for Winter bookings and 45 days prior to arrival for Summer bookings.

Payment can be made by personal cheque, bank certified cheque, wire transfer, bank draft or credit card.  Please note that credit card payments incur a facility fee of 4%.  We do not accept American Express.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

Refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges.  Cancellation insurance should be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and this is recommended.

 

ARRIVALS

We would like your stay at 32 Banyan Court to be as comfortable as possible and therefore as part of our service, we will meet you upon your arrival at the apartment for a brief check-in' service.  This is an opportunity for us to go through your contract with you, show you around the apartment and orientate you around the complex and its environs and answer any questions you may have.

In order to facilitate this process and also avoid any unfortutate situations such as the apartment not being ready for your arrival, we ask that we have both your arrival and departure details.  Otherwise we can not be held responsible for properties not being available for occupancy on arrival.  There will be a charge of US$150.00 for all unscheduled arrivals. 

Also, please inform us if you are not coming directly to the property from the airport after your arrival.  We also ask that you advise us if you are having a rental car delivered to the airport that has not been booked through us as this gives us an indication of what your arrival time will be at Banyan Court.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Short-Term Rental Contract

32 Banyan court Apartment emplys the services of Rex Realty Limited to manage the property.  Below is our Short-Terms Rental contract details for you to presure.  You will be required to sign the ocntract upon arrival and before your stay at 32 Baynan Court.

 

OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS:

LIABILITY

You accept full responsibility for any or all damages caused to this property and its’ contents. The property owners and management will NOT be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of personal property of any kind. Guests are responsible for the safety and security of all persons in occupancy, including children, at all times during the rental period.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

We reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage etc., (at the local replacement price) assessed. If extra cleaning or sanitizing is required over and above what would be considered normal wear and tear, a fee will be charged to cover these extra costs and a detailed description supplied to guests. A credit card authorization form will be provided for you to complete and will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.

 

USE

The premises will not be used for any weddings, parties or events of any kind. Should any gathering take place Rex Realty, Ltd., has a right to remove the occupants from the property without a refund of any monies paid for this rental.

Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight in the property.

 

REFUNDS

Occupants are not entitled to refunds for complaints related to things that are beyond Rex Realty Ltd’s control, such as the breakdown of electrical equipment, cable tv, plumbing or maintenance issues in neighbouring apartments.

 

NON SMOKING POLICY

Strictly no smoking in any part of the property.  There will be a surcharge of US$250.00 for any smoke related clean up.

 

SUPPLIES

All linens and towels, including beach towels are provided.  For your added convenience an initial supply of toilet tissue, bath soap and facial tissues are provided, however you are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

 

You will be required to read and accept the terms of this rental agreement.
